    Modelama, an established garment manufacturer and exporter has ventured into 
    real estate industry.

    The company, in its approach to make it big in the real estate industry, has acquired land at various strategic locations like Bawal, Tijara, Delhi, Ghaziabad, Gurgugram. Goa, Manaser and Noida and Irungattukottai (Chennai). Presently, the group operates in major functional areas of real estate development like home, offices and shopping malls. In the coming years, it is also planning to enter the hospitality business in Goa.

    Green Effect

    An added advantage of the WTG projects is environmental benefits through which it is able to produce carbon credits. Since turbines are propelled by wind for production of power, it eliminates any consumption of fuel and consequently avoiding any prospect of pollution.

    Apart from contributing to the core sector like power, Modelama is also extending support in controlling the greenhouse effect. A pollution free environment is definitely a boon for the humanity and Modelama boasts of being the advocate for the revolution.
